High Power 5G 850nm TOSA

Description

The Moog 850nm 5G VCSEL TOSA is suited to a wide variety of multimode fiber applications. With an 850nm multimode oxide isolated VCSEL, it operates at up to 5 Gbps. It has a TO-46 tilt window TO-CAN that's pre-aligned into an LC sleeve. This TOSA is packaged with a monitor photodiode and features a 3dB attenuated receptacle.
