Description

Moog 850nm 5G VCSEL TOSA is suited to a wide variety of multimode fiber applications. This TOSA includes an 850nm multimode oxide isolated VCSEL and operates at up to 5.0 Gbps. It features a TO-46 tilt window and its TO-CAN is pre-aligned into an LC sleeve. The 850nm 5G TOSA is packaged with a monitor photodiode and has a 6dB attenuated receptacle.
