Description

The Moog 850nm 10G VCSEL TOSA is suited to a wide variety of multimode fiber applications. This TOSA includes an 850nm multimode oxide isolated VCSEL and operates at up to 10.3125 Gbps. It has a TO-46 tilt window and its TO-CAN is pre-aligned into an LC sleeve. The 850nm 10G VCSEL TOSA is packaged with a monitor photodiode and with an integrated heater for low-temperature operation. It features a 6dB attenuated receptacle.
