Description

The Moog 850nm 6G-10.3125G ROSA is suited to a wide variety of multimode fiber applications. This 5-pin LC ROSA with separate PD bias for RSSI features a high performance GaAs PIN photodiode with a separate transimpedance amplifier. It's a low electrical parasitic module that comes in a TO46 package. Operating at data rates from 6Gbps to 10.3125Gbps, it runs on 830nm to 870nm input wavelengths. This ROSA features a separate detector bias pin for receive power monitoring and has low bias currents and voltages.
